To sync and collaborate with additional users, all users would require a Pro account. Due to technical constraints to sync users under different Plans, we now provide Team access to only PDF4me Pro users.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to build a Team account with a Basic subscription plan at the moment. The Team users come with all benefits of a Pro Plan like high-quality conversions, advanced OCR, shared storage, etc.
We are looking forward to lifting a few of these limitations and the possibility of extending the Team feature to the Basic plan.
