PDF4me employs a high-performing OCR engine behind the text recognition feature. To achieve this feat we have incorporated resources both from PDF4me and 3rd Parties.
Basic Plan users can use the OCR feature through API calls or Workflows.
This makes it difficult to cost the OCR feature at lower rates. To keep the precision and quality of the feature, we cannot cut down on the resources. Therefore, we can only enable OCR for Pro users.
